Michela is a senior executive and management consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in the life sciences sector, spanning Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech.
She began her career in consulting in IMS (now IQVIA), and subsequently held leadership positions at AstraZeneca Italy and Chiesi Global Rare Diseases. Most recently, she served as Chief Market Access Officer for a rare disease biotech operating across Europe and the Middle East.
As an advisor, she supports companies, funds, and family offices in defining growth strategies, with a focus on innovation, healthcare transformation, and go-to-market planning.
Michela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from the University of Bologna and a Master’s degree in International Health Care Management, Economics, and Policy from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
Michela is also an active business angel investing in impact-driven and women-led ventures.
